Good morning parents,
Happy Thursday and welcome to the month of May! You will be amazed at how quickly this month will go by! Tomorrow, if your child wants, they can wear Star Wars clothing (May 4th is Star Wars Day- May the 4th be with you!), or if they don't, they can wear Cougar Gear as normal. Show and Tell is for the letter J
The kids are singing this Sunday, May 6th in the 10:30 service. Please have them in the school gym by 10:15 in their White AW polo and khaki bottoms. If they're unable to make it, email me to let me know!

The K-4 Musical, "Aaron the Allergic Shepherd" will begin at 6:30 on May 11th. This time change allow more families the chance to stay for the upper grade play, "The Wizard of Oz".

Please note the important following changes below:

1. If your student is a member of the choir they will need to arrive at 6:10 in their assigned classroom wearing their play t-shirts, khaki shorts, and tennis shoes.Their classroom assignments will be coming home later this week.

2. If your child has a part that requires a costume (sheep, shepherd, angel, Mary, Joseph, I.B., Dr. Pepper, or Aaron) they will need to arrive at 6:00 to change into costume. Angels, Shepherds, and sheep will need to wear a white or cream t-shirt and khaki shorts under their costumes.

Bible passage encouragement for the week: God exalted Christ Jesus to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11
