Good afternoon parents!

I think it's safe to say that the kids enjoyed their field trip today, I know I did! They were so well behaved at the museum, you should be very proud :) Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and chaperone! Tomorrow's Show and Tell is for the letter J.  The kids should come to the Kindergarten classroom like normal in the morning, and then around 9, Mrs. Patterson will come down to start their testing. There is nothing you need to prepare for- just make sure they get a good night's sleep and breakfast in the morning.
Money is due tomorrow for our May field trip to the Houston Zoo. The cost is $11 per student. Parents can pay at the gate.
I will be out of the classroom next Monday and Tuesday. I'll be traveling to Miami to look at houses with my fiance, as well as getting acquainted with my future school. Laura Head will be subbing for me, but if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me!
Next week, we'll be working on the following:

** Christ light ** The Road to Emmaus and Easter Evening

Bible Encouragement for you this week: By this gospel you are saved...For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. 1 Corinthians 15:2-5
