Good morning parents!
Happy Valentine's Day! I hope this email finds everyone feeling happy and well! We've had another good week this week in our classroom. If you ever stop in, you'll see the kids are very busy with reading through dozens of sight words, adding numbers in math, reading sentences in SuperKids, blending words together in phonics, making awesome science experiments with Mrs. Carlovsky, painting and being creative during centers, and being some really awesome kiddos!
Tomorrow's Show and Tell is B & R. We are finishing our SuperKids book that taught the kids about both letters, so feel free to let them bring in something for either (or both) letters.
Hearts for Jesus week ends tomorrow, so if your child would like to bring in pennies or other monies to contribute to it, they can! We'll announce which Cougar Pal team won next week during chapel.

Bible Encouragement for you this week: There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:18-19

Happy Valentine's Day! God showed his AMAZING love for us by sending his son, Jesus, to die on the cross for all of our sins. What love and grace!
